For your information…

All metal parts are made from a non-ferrous nickel free alloy; the poles on our stud earrings are made from surgical steel.
The standard length of our necklaces is 15 inches (38cm) with a 1½-inch (4cm) extension, unless otherwise required/specified.
All prices are in U.S dollars and do not include shipping and applicable taxes.
C.O.D is available for Canada and US order.
There will be a $25 service charge for NSF cheques.
All goods remain the property of Belladonna Jewellery Inc. until paid in full.
First minimum order is $300 and must be prepaid.

We stand behind our high quality products. All of the merchandise is diligently inspected for any defects prior to shipping.
Repairs are promptly addressed, and returned within a maximum of ten days from date of receiving.
There is a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order that will apply to change randomly. If your password no longer works, please call our head office at 1-(905) 882-8600 to obtain a new password.
Return policies:
Any returns must be made within 14 days in order for an exchange to be made possible.
All returns MUST be shipped back to Belladonna Jewellery by mail ONLY
On shipping documents please indicate "Canadian goods returned for repairs".
Value of any damaged item shipped back to Belladonna Jewellery must indicated as $10 ( US) or less.
